The Path for Well Being



1) Yoga
It plays an essential role to prevent and attenuate stress, tons up internal organs, help maintain physical and mental balance. Everyone can be taught, from childhood to old age. Breathing is always at the heart of this disciplin.
Common or induvidual lectures. Specific trainings for pregnant women.
Lectures are at the community room of le Collet de Dèze, on Mondays from 10am to 12pm and from 4.30pm to 6pm and on Tuesdays from 5pm to 6pm and 6.15pm to 7.45pm.

2) Nutritional and Water Balancing 
When each of our cells is well fed, all our organs are healthy and work properly. A focus will be specially made on the impact that water has on our internal balance. 

3) Harmonisation of feelings through flower elixirs from professor Édouard Bach
Classified in 7 sections, these 38 elixirs enable us to discover the origin of our uneasiness and eliminate it. There is no negative effects and their use is very easy.
