Old traditional manufacturing in his farm, located on the edge of the river Gardon, hold by the same family for over 3 generations.

All the cooked meats and pork products are home-produced in our workshop.

Our home-made products:

  • Sausages,
  • Dried sausages,
  • Fricandeaux made with meat and fricandeaux made with meat and herbs,
  • Ham and cured ham,
  • Pâté,
  • Saveloy,
  • Fresh meat sausages,
  • frittons (animal grease, either duck or pork),
  • Meat Skewer,
  • Stuffed pork rinds,
  • white pudding 

 

  • Direct sales at our farm :

On Mondays - Tuesdays - Thursdays and Fridays from 8 am to 12.30 am and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm

  • Direct sales on the market in " La Grand'Combe" on Wednesdays and Saturdays morning
  • Mail-order selling
